The routine meeting of the Sherwood Lakes Homeowners Association was conducted on last 15th of August, two thousand twenty-three. The meeting was presided over President Smith, with a quorum of homeowners in attendance.
After call to order, the record from the previous meeting were considered and passed with a few amendments.
- Ms. Jones, gave a concise financial update outlining the current situation of the homeowner association's funds.
- Several homeowners raised questions regarding ongoing developments in the neighborhood, specifically the proposed playground construction and parking maintenance.
- President Smith addressed the homeowner's queries, providing updates about the plans.
Following the dialogue, the meeting was adjourned. The next HOA meeting is scheduled for November, 2023.

Considered Amendments to Sherwood Lakes Covenants
The Board of Directors is at this time examining several proposed amendments to the existing covenants for Sherwood Lakes. These proposed changes are designed to improve the value of life for all residents while tackling ongoing concerns and encouraging a thriving community.
- Within the proposed amendments are regulations related to yard maintenance, quiet hours, and parking regulations.
- The HOA encourages all residents to study the proposed amendments meticulously and submit their feedback by September 1st.
- A community forum will be held on July 20th to examine the proposed amendments in greater detail.
More information regarding the proposed amendments can be obtained on the HOA's online platform. Residents are strongly encouraged to engage in this important process.
Sherwood Lakes Garden Initiative
Our enthusiastic community members are coming together to make Sherwood Lakes a more beautiful place to live. The Beautification Project aims to improve the visual appeal of our community by planting shrubs, cleaning up public zones, and supporting a sense of ownership.
We're actively working on various projects, including the renewal of our central park. We invite you to contribute in making Sherwood Lakes a truly beautiful place to call home.

Sherwood Lakes HOA Board Election Updates
Greetings residents of Sherwood Lakes! The annual election for the Homeowner’s Association (HOA) board is quickly approaching. This year, we encourage all homeowners to get involved in shaping the future of our community by casting their vote.
The election will be held on Wednesday, October 25th, with voting taking place from noon to 8:00 PM at the Sherwood Lakes Community Center.
A list of those vying for positions and their platforms will be made available on the HOA website and posted throughout the community by October 1st. For any questions or concerns regarding the election process, please contact the HOA board directly. We look forward to a successful and democratic election!
Neighborhood Watch Program for Sherwood Lakes Residents
